Elodie charges $9.95 for shipping of all purchases. Shipments will be sent UPS Ground or by USPS. Merchandise will be delivered anywhere in the country within 3-4 days.  Elodie does not ship internationally; however, an order may be placed from an international address and shipped to a U.S. destination.

Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to Elodie is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

On-line Merchandise: All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached. Upon acceptance of return, an exchange may be made or credit will occur for the original form of payment.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Intimate apparel is not returnable.

In-store Purchases:  Return for original form of payment within 7 days and in-store credit within 30 days.  No returns after 30 days.  Original condition and tags attached.  Final sale on Ruby & Lola Jewelry, intimate apparel, and clearance.
